RETURN POLICY
Kushy Cushy will gladly accept returns.
All returns must be authorized, you can do so by emailing us at support@kushycushy.com and we will promptly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Contact with Kushy Cushy must be made no later than 15 days from the time the item is delivered.
Packages without an authorized RMA# will not be accepted.
Merchandise must be returned in like new condition.
If the item has been damaged or shows signs of use you may be subject to a partial refund.
Shipping costs are not refundable.
The customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping costs.
All orders shipped with a free shipping offer and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping costs.
We strongly recommend you to insure your return package for your own protection;
we are NOT responsible for return packages lost in the mail.
